In September, Young’s Bus Service hosted a survey reaching out to the public about “How can we reduce behavioral problems on school bus services?” The response was overwhelming. We were inundated with feedback and are now in the process of analysing it.
We have so far been able to determine that the views and opinions of the general public and our passengers are in line with ours. That is, safety must always be paramount. Most of the feedback provided to us is already in place or there is a shortfall by the public understanding the transport regulations we are bound by.
5 of the questions could be answered with a Yes or No. To our surprise there was a clear trend for each of them.
Here’s a summary of the data.
