Since April this year, residents of Keppel Cove Estate have had improved access to public bus transport as part of a trial which added 4 new weekday routes to our Route 20 service.
We are now 3 months into the 6-month trial and the support from the public has been excellent. The new service has been at capacity on most occasions.
Our friends at the regional office of Department of Transport and Main Roads have been listening to the feedback we have given them along with parents and the Principal of Emu Park State School. On Monday 11 July 2016, a second service was added to Keppel Cove. The new second service is a STAS school service not a QConnect service. This new service is limited to school students only.
The Queensland Government has just finalised the changes to the timetable.
