To ensure this, all our employees, including our drivers, undergo training delivered by our own in-house experts. During this training, Young’s employees receive up to date information on changes to legislation and procedures ensuring you as the customer travels on a safe and friendly service.
Using real life feedback received from our passengers, our trainers use these scenarios to simulate best practice against our quality benchmarks.
