Coast through the weekend of August 21 – 23 by catching Young’s route 20 bus right to the heart of the festival FUN.
The Village Festival is being held at Yeppoon’s Main Beach and is FREE to attend.
The festival is Central Queensland’s major music and arts celebration showcasing over 400 events including musicians, art workshops, CQ Circus, Jelly Kids, Food & Market stalls and loads of kid’s activities, including a mini kid’s festival.
2014 saw record crowds doubling previous records of over 10,000 attendees, so get organised, make it a day trip and catch the bus to and from Yeppoon’s Main Beach!!!
Catch the Route 20 from Rockhampton to Yeppoon’s Main Beach as well, you can catch the Route 20 from Zilzie, Emu Park, Kinka Beach, Rosslyn Bay and Mulambin Beach to all the action at Yeppoon’s Main Beach front.
Saturday has bands playing from Midday at both the Strand Hotel and the Pacific Hotel, both located nearby Hill Street Bus Stop in Yeppoon.
Get off the bus at the Hill Street Bus Stop, (1 block from the beach front) and enjoy Central Queensland’s sunshine and hospitality – you won’t want to miss this one!
