I’m sure you’ve been told by a student that they have rights, particularly when you’ve spoken to them about their behavior.
Well, they do, but to have those rights they need to understand that there are responsibilities that go with those rights, such as displaying appropriate behavior on the bus.
It is also important for them to understand that the bus driver also have rights, as does every person on the bus and that they all have a responsibility to behave while travelling.

Everyone on the bus has a right to:
- Enjoy their travel.
- Feel respected.
- Feel Safe.
Everyone on the bus has a responsibility to:
- Let the driver drive.
- Be helpful to others.
- To look after the bus.
- To solve problems with others in a sensible way.
