The Golden Mount Festival will kick start the celebrations Thursday at 11am, at the School of Arts

Local Art will be displayed & winners announced at the Wine and Cheese evening.

Amusement rides, food, fireworks and some fantastic entertainment are scheduled to officially open this year’s festival.

• Thursday entertainment includes an Art Competition on display, a Colour me Happy Wine and Cheese Evening, a raffle and silent auction and Fashion parade.
• Friday evening from 7.30pm you can expect Colours Caberet ($35.00 pre-booked)
• Saturday’s festivities include Fireworks at the Mt Morgan Mine, a busking competition, a ute muster, Mount Morgan Has Talent by the School of Arts, as well as market stalls all day long on Morgan Street.
