April 30, 2021 at 10:51 AM

Buckle Up For Beef Week 2021!

Rockhampton is about to come alive with an influx of Akubra’s as we celebrate all things, bulls and beef!

Rockhampton State High School is no longer offering on-site parking. Instead visitors are encouraged to take advantage of the free ‘Park & Ride’ service.

There are two services which run daily between the hours of 7:30am and 11:00pm (Monday to Friday)

  • Route 1 operates South of the Fitzroy River and connects Beef Australia patrons to the Tent City & General camping area, Anderson and Garland Parks, the Main Gate and Gate 8.
  • Route 2 operates North and South of the Fitzroy River and connects Beef Australia patrons with Gate 1, Archer St Train Station and Stockland’s Shopping Centre.

Car parking locations are as follows:

  • Lion Creek Road
  • Garland Park
  • Anderson Park
  • Wandal Road
  • Rockhampton Stockland’s Shopping Centre
  • Archer Street Train Station
