Terms and Conditions
General
1.1 You agree to be bound by these Earth Day Promotion Terms and Conditions and any additional terms and conditions (including eligibility requirements) by participating in any Earth Day Offer or accepting any benefit from this offer.
1.2 Any reference to a time is Australian Eastern Daylight Time or AEDT.
Eligibility Requirements
2.1 You are eligible to participate in the Earth Day offer when you satisfy these Promotional Terms and Conditions or any additional or replacement terms and conditions (including eligibility requirements), for example, those contained in our marketing, communications or website.
2.2 You are eligible to board a Young’s Bus Service for free (on the day of April 22, 2015) if you currently drive a car and can show the bus driver your car keys, and they are genuinely your car keys.
2.3 You may be eligible to board a Young’s Bus Service for free (on the day of April 22, 2015) if you are currently being driven by a car driver who boards a Young’s Bus (on the day of April 22, 2015) and the car driver can show the bus driver their genuine car keys.
2.4 You are eligible to board a Young’s Bus Service for free (on the day of April 22, 2015) if you have a current drivers licence and drive a car.
2.5 You are be eligible to board a Young’s Bus Service for free (on the day of April 22, 2015) if you are part of a family being driven by a car driver who boards a Young’s Bus (on the day of April 22, 2015) and the car driver can show the bus driver their genuine car keys.
2.6 If you are eligible for the Earth Day offer then you are also eligible to redeem only one (1) Free Travel Voucher per person on this day – to be redeemed during the period of April 22 and May 6, 2015.
2.7 Families and couples using the offer must travel together initially but are able to depart where they wish along route and be picked up anywhere suitable to them for the return journey on the promotion day.
2.8 Families and couples redeeming the Family Bus Pass or Couples Bus Pass (free travel voucher) must board the bus together but are able to disembark where they wish along route and be picked up anywhere suitable to them for the return journey during the promotion period.
2.9 Only Central Queensland residents are eligible to participate in the Young’s Bus Service Earth Day promotion.
3.0 Young’s Bus Service Earth Day Promotion is only available to bona fide car drivers who travel using their personal vehicle, in good faith that the car key displayed belongs to them.
Promotion Period
3.1 The Young’s Bus Service Earth Day Free Travel Promotion occurs between April 22 and Wednesday May 6, 2015. All vouchers, and return trips will only be honoured during this time period.
Participation in the Promotion
4.1 You may not assign, transfer or give the Young’s Bus Service Free Travel Voucher to anyone else to use.
4.2 Failure to use the Young’s Bus Service Free Travel Voucher with in the 2 week time period will result in a loss of free travel.
4.3 All personal vehicles including a mobility scooter, motorbike, camper van, moped, gyro and motorised cycles.
