In just a few minutes, a bus can be completely engulfed my flames. This was certainly the case back in February 2013 when one lucky driver and passenger in Brisbane narrowly escaped death just before the bus they were travelling on “exploded in flames”. (Source: Brisbane Times)
Young’s Bus Service ensures safety is its number one priority. This is why earlier this week, all our staff underwent extensive Fire training. Operations Manager Phil Young said “The cargo we carry is precious. It’s people, yours and our loved ones. A fire can start for many reasons but with the correct training, a bus driver can prevent a really bad day.”
