The CQUniversity Village Festival is Central Qld’s Premier Music, Arts & Cultural celebration. Run completely by volunteers as a not for profit community event, the Festival, under the direction of a Board, aims to become a bucket list event in a bucket list location.
In 2018 we’re celebrating the 16th Village Festival at the Yeppoon Main Beach and surrounds! The Festival provides a diverse program featuring music, performing arts, visual arts, children’s activities, street theatre, workshops, food & market stalls.
The Festival’s main stage will be on the iconic YEPPOON FORESHORE with other stages being hosted by a number of venues including The Strand Hotel, the Queen Street Community Hall, Keppel Bay Sailing Club, The Railway Hotel, Tanby Garden Centre and Yeppoon Town Hall. Other festival locations for events and arts installations include Whisk, Beaman Park and Main Beach!
This year’s Event will be held on August 10th to 12th 2018 and we will have loads of FREE entertainment!! All the announcements regarding artists and venues will be available from the website.
