Yes. If there has been a change to our address or the address is unlikely to match your Centrelink data, you will be required to complete a new Bus Travel Assistance application.

If you have lost your SIT card, you will need a replacement which will attract a fee. Complete the SIT card application form and drop it to either our Rockhampton or Yeppoon office.
If you suspect the card has been stolen, report it to the Queensland Police Service Policelink.
